Terms and Conditions: the Hotel will not debit your credit card account, and your credit card details will only be verified by Banca Sella's secure server system. The payment will be made by you personally at the hotel in cash, by cheque or by credit card.
Up to 48 hours before the arrival date, no penalty will be charged (E.g: if foreseen arrival is on 15/05/2006, the 48-hour notice period expires at midnight, Western European time, on 12/05/2006);
- Once such a period has expired, the foreseen penalty will be an amount equal to the price of one night’s accommodation;
- A reduction in the length of stay after arrival does not give the guest a right to a refund.

During the high season time, 1 december- 31 march, the cancellation policy is as follows:
- Up to 30 days before the arrival date, the foreseen penalty will be € 50,00 00 to cover administrative costs
- Between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date, the foreseen penalty will be 50% of the entire amount of the reservation + € 50,00 to cover administrative costs;
- Between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date, the foreseen penalty will be 75% of the entire amount of the reservation + € 50,00 to cover administrative costs;
- From the 6th day before the arrival date onwards, the foreseen penalty will be 100% of the entire amount of the reservation amount.
